Here at Original Fitness we aim to take personal training back to basics. Many companies’ promise results through prolonged gym sessions, pounding the treadmill while the trainer looks on. Our approach analyses your current levels and your goals and defines a programme to meet those goals and maintain them. Above all we offer interesting and fun sessions that vary so you don’t get bored and keep you motivated.
We not only provide you with a training programme, we provide you with the knowledge and skills to take your training beyond your sessions with Original Fitness into all aspects of your life.
If you aren't ready for the cost of a personal training on a regular basis, we can offer you an exercise programme only designed exclusively for your needs. We will meet with you to discuss your requirements and then put together a programme. This 12 week programme costs £15 and allows you to follow a series of exercise activities at your leisure to reach your targets.
We offer:
• Personal training on an individual basis – in your local gym, your house or garden, parks, the beach, in fact anywhere with space!
• Group personal training – if more than one of you wants to train, we can work as a group which offers additional motivation and fun to your sessions
• Rehabilitation training – if you have suffered an injury, we provide skilled training to get you back on your feet safely and effectively.
• Circuit training – for an energetic, full body workout
