Martin Waters started working with Original Fitness for rehabilitation after an injury at work.
“ Two years ago I was involved in an accident which resulted in being off work for the best part of the year and having several operations on my leg to repair damaged tissue and muscle.
I had previously been reasonably fit but following the accident I lost all the good work I had put into my fitness and was struggling for not only motivation but also new ideas on how to build it back up safely and effectively.
I was introduced to Ben via a mutual friend and was impressed with his knowledge and passion to help me get back my overall fitness. We talked about the best possible ways of building it back up and I was really keen to incorporate his new ideas and exercises into the routines. Best of all there was no need to worry about looking bad in a gym as Ben came to visit me and had to hand all the equipment we needed.
I felt more upbeat straight after the first few sessions and within no time at all could not only feel myself getting fitter, but also found my leg to be stronger as well. By varying my exercises Ben kept the sessions interesting and fun and I was feeling a lot more confident about my appearance. My leg feels 100 times better and stronger then what it did and I am now competing in swimming events and can see brilliant physical improvements in my body. I will happily recommend Ben and Original Fitness to anyone - there is no pressure to try and fit in with people at a gym and it’s so convenient as you can do all the exercises in the comfort of your own home or in a park or beach.
